Exterior of Home

Walking the perimeter of your property
Removing any flyers, junk mail, newspapers, and mail
Checking the security of doors and windows
Inspecting pool/lanai enclosure screens for tears
Ensuring landscaping, pool maintenance, irrigation, and pest control routines are followed
Examining hose bibs/outdoor taps for drips or leaks
Scanning for signs of vandalism or intrusion
Confirming that exterior lights are functioning and replacing any non-working bulbs

Garage

Adding bleach to the A/C drain system (as requested)
Checking the A/C system
Inspecting the electrical panel for tripped breakers
Searching for evidence of pests or leaks
Verifying the security of garage doors and windows
Reviewing the lawn irrigation timer
